Abstract:
Právní úprava našeho trestního zákonodárství obecně a konkrétně nad mladistvými. Rozbor skutkových podstat některých trestných činů. Kriminalistická metodika vyšetřování trestných činů mladistvých. Ovlivnění masovými médii, internetem, televizí a hraním her. Uvedení názorných příkladů.
Abstract:
The legislation our criminal lawmaking in general and of juveniles. The analysis of the facts of some offenses. Criminological methodology of criminal investigation adolescents. Influence of mass media, the Internet, TV and playing games. Commissioning of examples.
