Tato diplomová práce analyzuje koruny mezi 9. a 13. stoletím, které byly vytvořeny v Byzanci nebo přejaly dekorativní motivy charakteristické pro byzantský císařský rituál. Důraz je kladen na jejich roli v korunovačním rituálu a v císařské diplomacii. Abstract:
This thesis is analyzing crowns between 9th and 13th century that were created in Byzantium or adopted decorative motifs characteristic for the Byzantine imperial ritual. The focus is on their role in the coronation ritual and in the imperial diplomacy.
