Abstract:
V deseti základních kapitolách práce, jsem se pokusila nastínit téma:"Zástavní právo k nemovitostem".Charakteristiku tohoto institutu, jeho základní funkce dále pak postup Všeobecné zdravotní pojištovny pokud se jedná o pohledávky, kde se přistupuje k zástavě nemovitostí.
Abstract:
In the basic chapters of my thesis I have been trying to outline this theme:"Mortgage on real estate".The specification of this institute,its basic functions and methods of the Czech insurance company - Všeobecná zdravotní pojištovna - as for the claims where a mortgage on real estate is proceeded.
