Voltammetric determination of dantrolene using electrodes based on silver amalgam and bismuth film.

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo studium voltametrického chování dantrolenu a vývoj metod jeho stanovení s využitím elektrod na bázi stříbrného pevného amalgámu a bismutového filmu jako nejlepších dostupných alternativ rtuťových elektrod. Získané výsledky byly porovnány a byly diskutovány elektrochemické vlastnosti použitých elektrodových materiálů, a to i v porovnání s elektrodou rtuťovou.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to study the voltammetric behavior of dantrolene and development of methods for its determination using electrodes based on a solid silver amalgam and bismuth film as the best available alternatives to mercury electrodes. The results were compared and the electrochemical properties of the used electrode materials were discused too, even in comparison with the mercury electrode.
