Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o ochranném opatření Zabezpečovací detence. Stěžejní částí práce je kapitola zabývající se popisem, výkonem, trváním a okruhem osob, pro které je zabezpečovací detence určena. Následuje srovnání se zahraničními právními úpravami a návrhy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the protective measure Security Detention. The main part of the work is a chapter dealing with the description, performance, duration and range of persons for whom security detention is intended. This is followed by a comparison with foreign legislation and proposals de lege ferenda.
