Czech and European Ombudsman As a Supporter Against Forbidden Discrimination
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na přiblížení poslání českého a evropského ombudsmana a na náplň jejich práce v rámci boje proti zakázané diskriminaci. Pomocí vybraných příkladů šetření ombudsmanů a statistických údajů je zjišťována účinnost aktivit obou veřejných ochránců práv v této oblasti.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the description of the comission of the Czech and European ombud-sman and on the content of their activities connected with the fight against forbidden dis-crimination. With the aid of chosen examples and statistical data the thesis explores the effectivity of tasks performed by both ombudsmen in this field.
