The Analysis of credits of citizens in Hungary

Abstract:

First of all my degree work is about retail lending in Hungary and this interesting theme was chosen because of its actuality. My main goal was to show the credits as well as to write about the national indebtedness because of the retail lending and its extent. I show the loan types for retail partners: the personal loan, the commercial credit, the current account credit, the lombard one, the credit cards and the mortgage credit. On the other side the goal of my degree work is to compare the credit at three different banks between their credit products (OTP Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, UniCredit Bank). The analysis says that the UniCredit Bank and the Raiffeisen Bank recommend similar credit conditions to their partners while the OTP Bank is said to recommend the most expensive credit to their retail partners. Before making the contract and after writing the following happenings I expound those possibilities that are available for the business partners who would like to pay their problematic credit. The bridging credit, the debt consolidation credit and triggering credit are said to be good solutions for the problem. Actual laws, government rules, studies and reports were used to write my degree work.

Abstract:

V záverečnej práci som písala o maďarskom retailovom úverovaní. Túto zaujímavú tému som zvolila kvôli jej aktuálnosti. Za svoju hlavnú úlohu som považovala, aby som popri predstavení úverov písala aj o zadlženosti zapríčinenej domácimi retailovými úvermi a o jej miere. Podrobne predstavím druhy úverov poskytované retailovým klientom: osobnú pôžičku, obchodný úver, kontokorentný úver, lombardný úver, kreditné karty a hypotekárne úvery. Cieľom mojej práce je, aby som úvery prezentovala prostredníctvom porovnania troch bánk (OTP Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, UniCredit Bank). Z porovnávacích analýz vyplýva, že UniCredit Bank a Raiffeisen Bank ponúkajú svojim klientom podobné úverové podmienky, kým najdrahšie retailové úvery sú ponúkané OTP Bankou. Po opísaní procesov pred, respektíve po uzatvorení zmluvy predstavím možnosti, ktoré sú klientom k dispozícii pre vysporiadanie ich problémových úverov. Riešením sú preklenovacie úvery, konsolidačné úvery, ako aj nahradenie úveru. Pri písaní záverečnej práce som používala aktuálne zákony, vládne nariadenia, štúdie, správy a odbornú literatúru.
