Bakalářská práce se věnuje výskytu methicilin rezistentních Staphylococcus aureus zaznamenaných ve Fakultní nemocnici Brno během let 2018 a 2019. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na charakteristiku patogenu Staphylococcus aureus a jeho pato-genní působení na lidský organismus. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the incidence of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus found in the University Hospital Brno during 2018 and 2019. The theoretical part is focused on characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus and it’s pathogenicity in human body. Then laboratory diagnostics and metods of identification of MRSA are discussed.
