This thesis discusses the influence of the Basque language in the Spanish that is spoken in one of the autonomous regions of Spain, in the Basque Country. Táto práca pojednáva o vplyve baskičtiny na španielčinu, ktorou sa hovorí v jednej z autonómnych oblastí Španielska, v Baskicku. Prvá časť práce sa venuje teoretickému výkladu rôznych sociolingvistických fenoménov, ktoré vznikajú ako dôsledok kontaktu medzi dvoma jazykmi.
