Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá registracemi obrazu, konkrétně registrací obrazů řezů histolo-gických preparátů. Jedná se o různé fyzické řezy tkáně, které mají mírně rozdílné tvary a parametry. Stěžejním bodem práce bylo vytvořit aplikaci v jazyce C++ za pomocí knihovny i3d. Popisem aplikace se práce převážně zabývá. This bachelor thesis deals with image registration, namely registration of histological sections. There are different physical tissue sections, which have slightly different shapes and parameters.
