Odpadové hospodářství je do značné míry financováno veřejnými rozpočty daného státu. Samotné nakládání s odpady je v pravomoci jednotlivých orgánů územní samosprávy. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení přístupu veřejné správy k odpadovému hospodářství.
