Abstract:
Obsahem práce je popis výnosových metod při ocenění nemovitostí, které jsou běžně odhadci používány při jejich praxi. Metody které jsou popsány je diskontování, přímá kapitalizace, výnosová kapitalizace a reziduální techniky.
Abstract:
The substance of this document is description of earnings methods at Evaluation of Property, which are currently used by authorized appraiser at their profession. The described methods are discounting, income approach, yield capitalization, land residual.
