Miscanthus x giganteus (MxG) je velice slibná plodina pro výrobu bioenergie a bioproduktů. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo analyzovat změny v morfologii listů MxG, které vznikají při pokusech o zvýšení výnosu biomasy tzv. "primingem". Abstract:
Miscanthus x giganteus (MxG) is a very promising crop for the production of bioenergy and bioproducts. The main goal of this thesis was to analyze changes in the morphology of MxG leaves that occur during attempts to increase biomass yield by so-called "priming".
