Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je Interkulturní management v oblasti cestovního ruchu. V první části práce je vysvětlován pojem interkulturní management. Následuje popis metodiky zpracování práce. Poté se práce zabývá rozdíly Španělska a České republiky, zejména se zkoumá národ, turisté, zvyky a tradice. This bachelor thesis deals with Intercultural management in the field of tourism. In the first part the concept of intercultural management is explained. Next, the procedure of processing of the work is described.
