Diplomová práce se zabývá komparací institutu společenství vlastníků jednotek v zákoně č. 72/1994 Sb. a občanském zákoníku. Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat právní vztahy společenství vlastníků, a to právní vztah společenství vlastníků – třetí osoba, společenství vlastníků – vlastník jednotky, a vlastník jednotky – jiný vlastník jednotky. The thesis compares the institute of the association of unit owners as provided for in Act No. 72/1994 Sb. and in the Civil Code. The aim of the work is analysing the legal relationships involved in associations of unit owners, specifically the following: the association of unit owners – a third party, the association of unit owners – a unit owner, and a unit owner – another unit owner.
