Anotácia:

Téma mojí bakalářské práce je „Franchising a jeho využití v konkrétní firmě“. Cílem bakalářské práce je informovat čtenáře o franchisingu, jedné z forem moderního podnikání, a dále analyzovat konkrétní firmu franšízingového konceptu. Obsah bakalářské práce je rozdělen do tří částí. První, teoretická část obsahuje veškeré důležité informace o historii, metodách, podmínkách a využití franšízingového podnikání. Druhá, praktická část obsahuje specifické informace o konkrétní firmě, využívající metodu franšízingového podnikání, za účelem demonstrace praktické aplikace a využití franšízingu. Třetí, návrhová část obsahuje dotazník, který se váže k části praktické, za účelem analýzy veřejného mínění o franšízingových Fast-food restauracích a dále o zvolené konkrétní firmě. Na základě dotazníku a obsahu praktické části jsem vyvodil nedostatky konkrétní firmy a navrhnul jejich možné řešení.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is „Franchising and its use in a specific firm“. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to inform the reader about franchising, one of the forms of business, and also to analyze concrete firm of the franchise concept. The content of the bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part contents all the important information about history, methods, conditions and the use of the franchise business. The second, practical part contents specific information about concrete firm, which is using a method of the franchise business, in order to demonstrate practical application and the use of the franchising. The third, proposal part contents questionnaire, which is bound with the practical part, in order to analyze the public opinion about franchise Fast-food restaurants and next, about the selected concrete firm. On the basis of the questionnaire and the content of the practical part, I have deducted certain deficiencies of the concrete firm and proposed possible solutions.
