Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis deals with the policy of appeasement. Its aim is to identify the roots of appeasement and to analyse the course and consequences of this foreign policy. Germany together with its leader Adolf Hitler as a main initiator of appeasement is also included. Bakalářská práce se zabývá politikou appeasementu. Jejím cílem je dopátrat se jejího počátku a analyzovat nejdůležitější projevy této zahraniční politiky, společně s důsledky, které přinesla. Důležitým tématem je i hlavní podněcovatel appeasementu - Německo a jeho tehdejší vůdce Adolf Hitler.
