Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je textová se zaměřením na teoretické poznatky a definice návrhu bytového domu vycházející z ČSN 73 43 01 obytné budovy. Druhá část obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci s výkresovou přílohou a příslušnými textovými zprávami. Dokumentace řeší podsklepený bytový dům o čtyřech nadzemních podlažích s 22 bytovými jednotkami, poslední podlaží je ustupující a vznikají zde terasy. Objekt je řešen jako zděná stavba z cihelných bloků s dodatečným zateplením a železobetonovými monolitickými stropy. Návrh se řídí vyhláškou 268/2009 Sb. a obsahuje bytové jednotky o různých velikostech s příslušenství v podobě předzahrádek, balkonů, teras a parkovacích stání. Stavební část projektové je řešena v rozsahu prováděcí dokumentace s výpisy prvků přidružené stavební výroby. V jednom typickém podlaží je znázorněno řešení vytápění, odvětrání, vnitřní kanalizace a vnitřní vodovodu s obecnými poznatky v návaznosti na velikost instalačních šachet. V práci jsou popsány nároky bytových domů se specifikací základních prvků s definováním konstrukčního řešení navrženého bytového domu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge and the proposal’s definition of a residential building based on CSN 73 43 01 residential buildings. The second part includes project documentation with drawings and relevant texts. The documentation deals with the basement apartment house of four floors with 22 residential units. The top floor is recessed with terraces. The building is designed as a brick building of brick blocks with additional insulation and reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings. The proposal is governed by Decree 268/2009 Coll. and contains residential units of various sizes, with accessories in the form of front gardens, balconies, terraces and parking space. The construction part of the project is solved within a range of detailed documentation with listings of elements associated with building construction. In one typical floor is shown heating, ventilation, internal canalization and internal water supply with general knowledge in relation to the size of the installation shafts. The thesis describes the requirements of residential houses with a specification of basic elements defining the structural design of the proposed apartment house.
