Diplomová práce „Varhanní dílo Sigfrida Karg-Elerta“ pojednává o životě a hudebním přínosu tohoto německo skladatele, který žil na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Těžiště jeho tvorby leží ve skladbách pro harmonium a zejména pro varhany. Svým ojedinělým kompozičním stylem se nejvíce přibližuje impresionismu a pozdnímu romantismu. Abstract:
Diploma thesis „Organ Works of Sigfrid Karg-Elert” deals with the life and musical contribution of this German composer, who lived to turn of the 19th and 20th century. The focus of his music concentrates on music for harmonium and mostly for the organ. His unique compositional language approaches the most the Impressionism and late Romanticism.
