Imaging methods in traumatology of the knee joint

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje zobrazovací metody využívané při diagnostice traumatu kolenního kloubu. V teoretické části popisuji anatomii kolenního kloubu, jednotlivá traumata a využívané zobrazovací metody, mezi které patří skiagrafie, počítačová tomografie, magnetická rezonance a ultrasonografie. Praktická část využívá získaný soubor pacientů z Fakultní nemocnice v Ostravě z období 1. 9. 2021 - 1. 4. 2022. Z obdržených dat jsem vytvořila přehlednou studii, kde jsem porovnala jednotlivé pacienty podle pohlaví, věku, typu traumatu, a nakonec jsem srovnala validitu jednotlivých zobrazovacích metod.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes varios imaging methods used in the diagnosis of knee trauma. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the knee joint, individual types of trauma and imaging methods used in their diagnosis, including skiagraphy, computed tomography, magnetic resonance and ultrasonography. The practical part observes a group of patients from the University Hospital in Ostrava from the period 1. 9. 2021 - 1. 4. 2022. From the collected data, I created a comprehensive study, where I compared individual patients according to gender, age, and type of trauma. Finally I compared the validity of individual imaging methods.
