Abstract:
Předmětem práce je literární analýza knihy Duna amerického spisovatele Franka Herberta. Práce si klade za cíl odhalit ekologická témata v knize obsažená a porovnat je s koncepty hypotézy Gaia britského chemika Jamese Lovelocka.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyze Frank Herbert's novel Dune and identify key ecological themes it addresses. These will be then compared to the basic concepts of the Gaia hypothesis by British chemist James Lovelock.
