Abstract:
Byly připraveny tři deriváty, strukturně odvozené od 3-[2-(1-adamantyl)ethyl]anilinu, které se od sebe lišily svou polaritou. Všechny poţadované aniliny i příslušné meziprodukty byly izolovány a identifikovány pomocí spektrálních metod (NMR, IR, MS). Vznik supramole-kulárních komplexu připravených aminů s ß-cyklodextrinem v methanolickém roztoku byl studován pomocí ESI-MS a v dimethylsulfoxidu metodou …more
Abstract:
Three amines bearing adamantane moiety with different polarity close to adamantane were prepared. All of final anilines as well as corresponding intermediates were isolated and identified using spectral methods as NMR, IR, MS. The formation of supramolecular complexes of final amines with ß-CD was studied in methanolic solution using ESI-MS and 2D NMR analyse in the dimethylsulfoxide solution.
