Abstract:
V první části diplomové práce se zabývám pojmem kultura, jejími elementy a problémy, které mohou při střetu dvou kultur vzniknout. Následně zmiňuji prvky, na základě kterých porovnávají kultury Hofstede, Trompenaars a Thomas. The first part of the thesis deals with the concept of culture, its elements and problems which may arise between two cultures. Then I mention the elements on which compare culture Hofstede, Trompenaars and Thomas.
