Možnosti využití tuků při zpracování řas

Possibilities of using fats in the processing of algae
Abstract:
Tato práce je literární rešerší a z dostupných zdrojů popisuje kultivaci řas se zaměřením na uzavřené kultivační systémy. Dále se věnuje zvýšení produkce tuků a jejich extrakci z biomasy. Celá práce se poté zaměřuje na potravinářské využití těchto technologií a jejich produktů a je v ní také okrajově popsán metabolismus a základní rozdělení řas.
Abstract:
This work is a literature review and describes algae cultivation from available sources with a focus on closed cultivation systems. It is also dedicated to increasing the production of fats and their extraction from biomass. The entire thesis then focuses on the food use of these technologies and their products, and it also marginally describes the metabolism and basic taxonomy of algae.
