Motivace k abstinenci po závislosti na alkoholu

Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá tím, co ovlivňuje motivaci jedince, aby abstinoval, pokud se stane závislý na alkoholu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. V teoretické části se pojednává o základních pojmech spojených s problematikou závislosti na alkoholu. Zabývám se také tím, na základě jakých znaků lze určit diagnózu závislosti. Píši o situaci v ČR a o dopadech a následcích dlouhodobého uţívání alkoholu. V předposlední podkapitole se zabývám moţnostmi léčby, které jsou v ČR dostupné. Na konci této kapitoly shrnuji zjištěné informace týkající se této problematiky. Druhá kapitola teoretické práce je věnovaná motivaci jedince. Definuji zde pojem motivace a píši o teoriích motivace. V třetí podkapitole jsem se snaţila propojit motivaci se závislostí. Zabývám se i technikou motivačních rozhovorů, které by měl terapeut ve své práci vyuţívat. Na závěr opět shrnuji a reflektuji zjištěné informace. V empirické části se věnuji výzkumu, který jsem prováděla formou případové studie. Vyuţívám zde techniku polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a analýzu pocitového deníku klienta z léčby. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat faktory, které se podílely na tom, ţe dotyčný absolvoval úspěšně protialkoholní léčbu a stále abstinuje.

Abstract:

The graduate work deals with facts that effect the motivation of individuals to abstain if he/she becomes addicted to alcohol. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part discusses the basic concepts associated with the problem of alcohol dependence and with signs that can diagnose addiction. I write about the situation in the Czech Republic as well as about the impact and consequences of long-term alcohol use. In the last section I deal with treatment options that are available in the Czech Republic. At the end of this chapter I summarize the collected information related to this issue. The second chapter is devoted to the theoretical concept of individual motivation. I define the concept of motivation and write about the theories of motivation. In the third subchapter I tried to connect motivation with addiction. I also discuss the technique of motivational interviewing, which therapist should use in their work. In conclusion, I summarize and reflect information. The empirical part was devoted to the research, carried out in the form of case studies. I use the technique of semi-structured interviews and analysis of the client emotional treatment diary. The aim of the study was to explore the factors that contributed to that fact that the client underwent treatment for alcoholism successfully and still abstains.
