Práce se zabývá problematikou inovativního postupu úřadů pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže při odhalování kartelových dohod, který spočívá v aplikaci tzv. programu shovívavosti. Abstract:
The work tackles the issue of an innovative approach of the competition authorities in detecting of cartel agreements, consisting in application of so-called leniency programme. Within the leniency programme, the practice is that the competition authorities obtain the information and evidence concerning the existing cartels directly from competition infringers.
