Experimental methods for cryopreservation study
Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována studiu kryoprezervace. Zabývá se metodami přímého a nepřímého sledování procesu kryoprezervace a metodami, které se používají pro stanovení životaschopnosti kryoprezervovaných buněk. A v závěru zhodnocuje výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých metod.
Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to study of cryopreservation. The thesis deals with direct and indirect methods for monitoring cryopreservation, and with methods which are used to determine the viability of cryopreserved cells. In the conclusion, advatages and disadvantages of these methods are evaluated.
