Abstract:

VOSTŘÁK, Tomáš (2024). Administrativní budova - Návrh architektonicko-konstrukční řešení a posouzení konstrukcí. (Bakalářská práce), Vysoká škola technická a ekonomická v Českých Budějovicích, Ústav technicko - technologický, Česko. Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh architektonicko-konstrukční řešení a posouzení konstrukcí administrativní budovy. Projekt administrativní budovy vychází z předmětu Ateliér I-III. Součástí práce je variantní řešení zateplení střešního pláště ploché střechy. Cílem práce je navržení a posouzení 5 skladeb ploché střechy s ohledem na tepelně technické, ekonomické a statické parametry střechy. Na závěr je provedeno vyhodnocení všech navržených střech s ohledem na tepelné technické, ekonomické a statické parametry střech. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, z nichž první je teoreticko-metodologická část, ve které bude převážně teorie plochých střech apod., druhá je aplikační část, která bude navazuje na předešlou část s cílem představit řešený objekt administrativní budovy a samotné variantní návrhy zateplení plochých střech. První část (teoreticko - metodologická), se zprvu zabývá vznikem a historií plochých střech, poté se zaměřuje na definování základních pojmů z této oblasti jako je např. střecha, střešní plášť, dělení střech apod. Dále se věnuje popisu základních požadavků pro návrh ploché střechy a jejích jednotlivých vrstev a nejčastěji používaných materiálů v plochých střechách. Druhá část (aplikační), vychází z vlastních znalostí a z části teoreticko-metodologické. Tato část se zaměřuje na variantní řešení zateplení střešního pláště ploché střechy a jejich následným posouzením z hlediska tepelné techniky, statiky a ekonomické stránky všech navržených možností. Na závěr aplikační části je provedeno vyhodnocení.

VOSTŘÁK, Tomáš (2024). Administrative Building - Architectural-Structural Design Proposal and Structural Assessment. (Bachelor's thesis), Technical and Economic University in České Budějovice, Institute of Technical-Technological, Czech Republic. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design of architectural and structural solutions and the assessment of the structures of an administrative building. The administrative building project is based on the subject of Studio I-III. The thesis includes variant solutions for insulating the roof membrane of a flat roof. The aim of the thesis is to propose and assess 5 compositions of flat roofs considering thermal, economic, and structural parameters. Finally, an evaluation of all proposed roofs is conducted, taking into account their thermal, economic, and structural parameters. The entire thesis is divided into two main parts, the first being the theoretical-methodological part, which initially addresses the origin and history of flat roofs, then focuses on defining basic concepts in this area such as roof, roof membrane, roof classification, etc. It further describes the basic requirements for designing a flat roof, its individual layers, and the most commonly used materials in flat roofs. The second part (application) builds upon personal knowledge and the theoretical-methodological part. This section focuses on variant solutions for insulating the roof membrane of a flat roof, followed by an assessment of these solutions in terms of thermal performance, structural stability, and economic considerations. Finally, an evaluation is conducted at the conclusion of the application part.
