Stock Company Statutory Body Members Responsibility and Liability
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje analýze odpovědnosti a ručení členů orgánů akciové společnosti, stejně tak i akciové společnosti obecně a všech práv s ní spojenými. Nejvíce se zaměřuje na analyzování orgánů společnosti a jejich povinností, práv a sankce při porušení práv s odpovědností a ručením odpovídající současné právní úpravě.
Abstract:
This work is dedicated to analysis of responsibility and liability stock company statutory members, as well as joint-stock companies in general and all the rights associated with it. Most focuses on analysis of corporate bodies and their obligations, rights and penalties for breach of rights to responsibility and liability matching current legislation.
