Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021 Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit postoj organizací k realizaci průzkumu. Nejvýznamnějšími zjištěními této práce bylo, že s rostoucí velikostí podniku roste pravděpodobnost a frekvence provádění průzkumu organizací a také roste schopnost firem používat pro zpracování dat pokročilejší software. Dále bylo zjištěno, že firmy nemají kompetence v oblasti průzkumu a zpracování dat na profesionální úrovni. Nejzávažnějšími kritickými místy v procesu provádění průzkumu jsou pro organizace nedostatečný rozpočet a problém s dodržením časového rámce. Na základě výsledků byl sestaven soubor doporučení, který je aplikovatelný pro jakoukoliv organizaci. Tento soubor doporučení pomůže organizacím identifikovat kroky, které by organizace měla provést, aby byla schopna průzkum správně realizovat a získat kvalitní data použitelná pro zkvalitnění procesů v obchodní, marketingové či personální oblasti.

Brno: Mendel Uni-versity, 2021 The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the attitude of organizations to the implementation of the survey. The most significant findings of this work were that as the size of the business grows, so does the likelihood and frequency of conducting a survey, as well as the ability of companies to use more advanced software to process data. Furthermore, it was found that companies do not have competencies in the field of research and data processing at a professional level. The most serious critical points in the survey process are the lack of a budget for organizations and the problem of meeting the time frame. Based on the results, a set of recommendations was compiled that is applicable to any organization. This set of recommendations will help organizations identify the steps an organization should take to be able to conduct the survey properly and obtain quality data that can be used to improve business, marketing, or human resources processes.
