Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is synthesis and preliminary evaluation of azaheterocycle fused 1,4-diazepin-1-ones as potencial CDK inhibitors. Theoretical part summarizes general description of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDK) followed by a synthesis overview of azaheterocyclic compounds with a diazepine motif. Cílem této práce je syntéza a předběžná evaluace azaheterocyklických 1,4-diazepin-1-onů jako potencionálních inhibitorů cyklin-dependentních kináz (CDK). Teoretická část shrnuje obecný popis CDK a přehled syntézy azaheterocyklických látek s diazepinovým kruhem.
