The subject of this thesis is to analyze a legal regulation of the so-called competitive clause of industrial relations. The essence of the competitive clause is for the employer and the employee to be bound by contract by which the employee agrees not to initiate any competitive activity in the field of private business for a given time after the termination of the industrial relation.
