Problems of Stress Prevention and Stress Management at a Workplace

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a prevencí stresu u Hasičského záchranného sboru Kroměříž a Sboru dobrovolných hasičů Kvasice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou objasněny teoretická východiska z oblasti stresu a zvládání stresu. Hlavním cílem praktické části bylo zjistit pomocí dotazníků míru stresu a následné porovnání stresu u profesionálních a dobrovolných hasičů. Praktická část využívá výsledků dotazníku Stress Profile. Na závěr jsou navrhnuta opatření a diskuze, ke zlepšení zvládání stresu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with stress issues and stress prevention at The Fire Brigade in Kroměříž and the Voluntary Fire-fighter Unit in Kvasice. This thesis is divided into a theo-retical and a practical part. In the first theoretical part, theoretical concepts about stress and dealing with stress have been explained. The main goal of the practical part was to find out the amount of stress using questionnaires and subsequently comparing stress at professional and voluntary fire-fighters. In the practical part, the results of the questionnaire Stress Profile have been used. At the end, some provisions and discussions for improving stress managing have been suggested.
