Energy Performance of Buildings and its Impact on the Market Value

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se skládá v souladu s metodickými pokyny ze tří částí. V první - teoretické části se soustředím na téma energetické náročnosti budov, analýzu a vyhodnocení vlivu energetické náročnosti na tržní hodnotu budov. Dalším bodem je analýza, jak se vyšší náklady na výstavbu nových či rekonstruovaných stávajících staveb za účelem snížení jejich energetické náročnosti projeví na zvýšení tržní hodnoty. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsem zpracoval tržní ocenění bytu a rodinného domu v okrese Rokycany a ocenění bytového domu na Praze 6. Poslední část mé bakalářské práce pak tvoří analýza realitního trhu v okrese Rokycany.

Abstract:

Bachelor work consists in accordance with guidelines of three parts. In the first - theoretical part will focus on the topic of energy efficiency in buildings, analysis and evaluation of the impact energy demands of the market value of the buildings. Another point is the analysis of how the higher cost of building new or renovated existing buildings to reduce their energy intensity reflected in the increase in market value. In the practical part of the thesis I processed the market valuation of the apartment and a house in the district Rokycany and valuation of residential building in Prague 6. The last part of my thesis there is analysis of the real estate market in the district Rokycany.
