Application of capillary electrophoresis for inhibition studies of cytochrome P450
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, v první části je přiblížena problematika cytochromů P450 a kapilární elektroforézy, ve druhé byla zavedena metoda, která umožňuje stanovení stability léčiv vůči působení lidských jaterních mikrosomů a identifikaci isoformy cytochromů P450 zodpovědné za jejich metabolismu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is focused on theory of capillary electrophoresis and drug metabolism mediated by cytochromes P450, in the second part a new method enabling determination of a drug stability against human liver microsomes and identification of a cytochrome P450 isoform responsible for its metabolism has been developped.
