Microwave plasma synthesis of two dimensional carbon nanostructures
Abstract:
In this master's thesis a synthesis of two-dimensional carbon nanostructures in microwave plasma using two different devices was studied. The first one was a microwave torch discharge in argon atmosphere at atmosferic pressure conditions. V tejto diplomovej práci bola študovaná syntéza dvojrozmerných uhlíkových nanoštruktúr v mikrovlnnej plazme v dvoch rôznych aparatúrach. Prvou bol mikrovlnný pochodňový výboj za atmosferického tlaku v argónovej atmosfére. Ako prekurzor bol používaný tekutý etanol, ktorého pary boli do výboja vedené nosným plynom - argónom.
