Abstract:
This thesis deals with new way of forming content in online environment and new forms of gaining information from it. In my thesis I will first explain, how the online environment has changed in the last decade with consequences it has had for producers and service providers. I will explain and show on an example the importance of so called opinion mining.Abstract:
Táto práca sa venuje novým spôsobom utváranie obsahu online prostredia a novým spôsobom získavania informácií z neho. Vo svojej práci najprv vysvetlím, ako sa online prostredie v poslednom približne desaťročí zmenilo a aké to malo dôsledky pre výrobcov a poskytovateľov služieb. Vysvetlím, v čom spočíva dôležitosť tzv. opinion miningu a ukážem to na konkrétnom príklade.
