Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zmapování zkušeností rodičů kriticky nemocných dětí, léčených mechanickou oběhovou podporou. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku krátkodobých a dlouhodobých mechanických podpor, jejich indikace, kontraindikace, komplikace a nejčastější urgentní stavy, jež tato zařízení provázejí. The bachelor's thesis focuses on mapping the experiences of parents critically ill children treated by mechanical circulatory support. The theoretical part describes the issue of short and long-term mechanical circulatory supports, their indications, contraindications, complications, and most frequent urgent situations.
