Result of managing and his dealing in the concrete firm

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce na téma „Výsledek hospodaření a jeho vypořádání“ je pojata jako charakteristika účetní závěrky během několika let, do níž výsledek hospodaření neodmyslitelně patří. Účetní závěrka totiž podává veškeré informace, jak o majetku, tak o jeho financích a neslouží pouze jako podklad pro strategické plánování a řízení společnosti. Údaje, které jsou v ní obsažené, jsou mnohdy nezbytné pro společníky, akcionáře, stát, věřitele, investory nebo další banky. V Teoreticko – metodologické části jsou použity mé znalosti a informace z odborných publikací, kde uvádím základní charakteristiku účetní závěrky a věci s ní spojené, dále pak postupy k vypracování této práce. Aplikační část zachycuje prakticky navržené postupy, představení společnosti, účetní metody, analýzu účetních výkazů, výsledek hospodaření, rozdělení zisku a porovnání s největšími konkurenty. Na základě těchto faktorů je cílem mé bakalářské práce tedy analýza výsledku hospodaření a jeho vypořádání ve společnosti ING Bank N. V. a návrh zlepšení, vedoucí ke zvýšení zisku.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis on "Economic result and settlement" is conceived as a characteristic of financial statements over several years, in which profit inherently. The financial statement is served all information as to the property, as its finances and not only serve as a basis for strategic planning and management. Information that is contained in it, are often necessary for members, shareholders, state, creditors, investors or other banks. The theoretical - methodological section are my knowledge and information from professional publications to the basic characteristics of the financial statements and the things associated with it, as well as procedures for the drawing up this work. Application part captures virtually proposed procedures, the performance of the company, accounting methods, analysis of financial records, profit, profit distribution and comparison with major competitors. Based on these factors is the aim of my thesis to analyze the results of its operations and its settlement of at ING Bank NV and design improvements leading to increased profits.
