Diplomová práce se zabývá neurorehabilitací chůze u pacientů s postižením centrálního motoneuronu. Cílem práce bylo potvrdit účinnost funkční elektrické stimulace pomocí přřístroje WalkAide u neurologických pacientů, kteří měli poruchu stereotypu chůze se syndromem přepadávající špičky a poruchy stability. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the topic of neurorehabilitation of gait in patients with upper motor neuron lesion. The aim of this thesis was to confirm the effect of the WalkAide functional electrical stimulation in patients with drop foot syndrome and stability impairment. 21 patients in total were examined and were randomly devided into experimental (with FES) and control group (without FES).
