Regime measures for gastroesophageal reflux

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení účinnosti režimových opatření při gastroezofageálním refluxu jícnu. Jestli při jejich dodržování dochází ke zmírnění symptomů spojených se zvýšeným refluxem, mezi které patří hlavně pyróza, regurgitace, dysfagie, odynofagie, záchvatovité slinění, globus, bolest na hrudi a krvácení. Vyhodnocení bylo zaměřeno na sledování dodržování režimových opatření pacienty a to v rámci dotazníkového šetření. V průběhu ledna 2021 až dubna 2021 byly umístěny dotazníky na vybraná oddělení a odborné ambulance Krajské zdravotní a.s., Masarykovy nemocnice v Ústí nad Labem a to na odborných ambulancích a oddělení interního typu. Následně bylo provedeno vyhodnocení údajů, získaných dotazníkovým šetřením. Cílem práce bylo zjištění, zda pacienti s gastroezofageální refluxem dodržují režimová opatření, které mohou zmírnit obtíže spojené s tímto onemocněním a tím omezit jeho dopad a zlepšit kvalitu života, která je definována jako pacientův subjektivně vnímaný vliv jeho nemoci a její léčby na každodenní život. Na základě výsledků výzkumu bude vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření a budou zodpovězeny otázky dílčích úkolů práce, včetně grafických výstupů. S cílem potvrdit hlavní cíl práce.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of regime measures in gastroesophageal reflux of the esophagus. Whether compliance reduces symptoms associated with increased reflux, including mainly pyrosis, regurgitation, dysphagia, odynophagia, salivary seizure, globe, chest pain and bleeding. The evaluation was aimed at monitoring patients' compliance with the regime measures in the framework of a questionnaire survey. During January 2021 to April 2021, questionnaires were placed on selected departments and specialist ambulances of the Regional Health Department, Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem in specialist ambulances and internal type departments. Subsequently, an evaluation of the data collected by the questionnaire investigation was carried out. The aim of the work was to find out whether patients with gastroesophageal reflux of the oesophagus adhere to regimen measures that, if observed, can alleviate the problems associated with the disease and thereby limit its impact and improve the quality of life, which is defined as the patient's subjectively perceived influence of his illness and its treatment on daily life. On the basis of the results of the research, a questionnaire survey will be evaluated and questions of sub-tasks of the work, including graphic outputs, will be answered. To confirm the main objective of the work.
