Abstract:
The main topis of bachelor thesis is a penal bond. It aims to clarify the development of the institute, which ensures compliance with contractual relations, legislation, the nature and functions of the penal bond. While this thesis is given a decription of a termination right for a penal bond, its relation to interest on late payments and to define the subject and the anounce of penal bond.
Abstract:
Hlavnou témou bakalárskej práce je zmluvná pokuta. Je zameraná na objasnenie vývoja tohto inštitútu, ktorý zabezpečuje dodržiavanie záväzkových vzťahov, právnu úpravu, podstatu a funkcie zmluvnej pokuty. Zároveň táto práca podáva opis vzniku a zániku nároku na zmluvnú pokutu, jej vzťahu k úrokom z omeškania a vymedzuje predmet a výšku zmluvnej pokuty.
