Variances of financing fix assets
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením pojmu dlouhodobý hmotný majetek. Dále pak představuje způsoby financování dlouhodobého hmotného majetku v souvislosti s potřebami představené společnosti IG Watteeuw ČR, s.r.o. Práce je zaměřena především na využití financování pomocí úvěru nebo leasingu. Pro podrobné vysvětlení je uvedena praktická aplikace na příkladu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes definition of term fixed assets. Further are introduced ways of financing of tangible fixed assets based on needs of chosen company IG Watteeuw ČR, s.r.o. Thesis is focused primarily on practical use of financing through loan or leasing. For an detailed explanation is given practical application on example. For better understanding are given practical examples.
