Tato diplomová práce hodnotí vliv funkční elektrostimulace u pacientů s centrální parézou horní končetiny na funkce hrubé a jemné motoriky a jejich zlepšení v rámci vykonávání běžných denních aktivit. Pro porovnání těchto kvalit jsou využity testy Box and Block pro hrubou motoriku, Frenchayský test paže, Devítikolíkový test pro jemnou motoriku a test Funkční míry nezávislosti.
