Cílem bakalářské práce bylo charakterizovat nový moderní taneční sport Pole Dance, dále představit základní technické vybavení nutné k uskutečnění a provádění cviků. Hlavní částí práce byl převážně praktický blok, ve kterém byly na začátku popsány průpravné cviky na rozvoj motorických schopností potřebných k Pole Dance. The aim of the thesis was to characterize the new modern dance Pole Dance sport, as well as introduce basic technical equipment necessary for the execution and implementation exercises.
