Abstract:
Cílem práce je zhodnotit vývoj zadlužení obcí a opatření proti zadluženosti v rámci ČR, kterými jsou Monitoring hospodaření obcí Ministerstva financí ČR a Finanční a majetková analýza (FAMA). Sekundárním cílem bakalářské práce je efektivně propojit tato dvě opatření. V bakalářské práci jsou popsány ekonomické teorie vztahující se k veřejnému sektoru. The aim of bachelor thesis is to assess development of debts in municipalities and precautions against these debts in Czech Republic, which are Monitoring the finances of municipalities of the Ministry of Finance and Financial and property analysis.
