Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem a průběhem provozních stavů cirkulátorového systému při provozních zkouškách, které prováděla společnost Centrum výzkumu Řež s.r.o. Oběhový systém se skládá ze dvou cirkulátorů, které byly oba během testů značně poškozeny. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis, o jaký typ zařízení se jedná a z čeho je složeno, s důrazem na radiální kompresory, vzduchová a magnetická ložiska a teorii analýzy kořenových příčin. V aplikační části je popsáno složení cirkulátorového systému, průběh zkoušek a jsou analyzovány možné příčiny nehod na obou jednotkách, které měly za následek zničení důležitých mechanických částí během testování. Analýzy jsou v podobě diagramů a jejich výsledkem je stanovení možných scénářů, které mohly vést k poškození obou cirkulátorů.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the description and progress of operating statuses of circulator system during its factory acceptance tests, which have been conducted by company Centrum výzkumu Řež s.r.o. The circulator system consists of two circulator units, both of which were seriously damaged during the tests. The theoretical part of the work is focused on describing what type of machine circulator is and what it’s composed of, with an emphasis on radial compressors, air and magnetic bearings and the theory of root cause analysis. In the application part are described composition of circulator system, the course of the tests and analyzes the possible causes of accidents on both units that resulted in destruction of important mechanical parts during testing. The analyzes are in the form of diagrams and their result is the determination of possible scenarios that could have led to damage to both circulators.
