Financing of the Regional Transport Services

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na financování dopravní obslužnosti v regionu. V první kapitole se věnuji regionální dopravě a snažím se vymezit hranice regionu. V druhé části můžeme najít nedůležitější subjekty zajišťující regionální dopravu. Jedná se zejména o státní správu, která vytváří státní dopravní politiku. Dále zde jsou další politiky, které jsou tvořeny místní samosprávou. Následující kapitola popisuje možnosti financování veřejné dopravy. V této kapitole můžeme také nalézt příklady podpory od místní samosprávy. V poslední části této práce popisuji dopravní obsluhu v Ústí nad Orlicí a přilehlém okolí.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s thesis is focused on financing of the regional transport servises. The first chapter deals with regional public transport and I have tried to set out the borders of the region. In the second part we can find the most important subjects providing the transport in the region. Especially the government, who is responsible for the national transport policy. There are also other policies persued by local governments. The following chapter describes possibilities of financing public transport. In this chapter we can also find examples of local government subsidies. The last part of the thesis discribes the public transport service in Ústí nad Orlicí and the neighbourhood.
