Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá prvorepublikovou advokacií na území píseckého regionu. Cílem mé práce je přiblížit čtenáři nejen vývoj prvorepublikové advokacie, ale též vystihnout atmosféru této doby skrze životní osudy a řešené případy advokátů. První část práce se věnuje postavení advokacie a právním předpisům této doby. V druhé části je stručně shrnuta historie města Písek od vzniku až po 20. století. V poslední části nahlédnu do života těch, kteří žili a pracovali v Písku.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the advocacy during the First Czechoslovak Republic in the region of Písek. The goal of my thesis is to give an idea not only about evolution of advocacy of first republic but also to capture the atmosphere of this period through life stories and solved cases of chosen advocates. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the status of advocacy and juridical regulations. In the second part of the work history of town Písek from its foundation to the 20th century is briefly summarized. In the last part I will take a look in to lifes of advocates who lived and worked in Písek.
