Bakalářská práce na téma Sdílení znalostí v projektech se zaměřuje na porovnání nástrojů sdílení v agilně a tradičně vedeném projektovém týmu. Práce se zabývá konkrétním podnikem a zkoumá, jaké nástroje jednotlivé týmy v projektech užívají, jaké jsou jejich výhody, nevýhody, jak jsou zaměstnanci s použitím nástrojů spokojeni a zda je využití nástrojů povinné. The bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of sharing tools in agile and waterfall project teams. The thesis focuses on a specific company and examines what tools are used by each team in projects, what are their advantages, disadvantages, how satisfied employees are with the use of tools and whether the use of tools is mandatory.
